Shipping is on us

Complimentary shipping on every order, across India. No minimum, no threshold, nothing to unlock.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on where you are.

You will get tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Personalised orders

Embossing is done by hand, so personalised orders take a few days longer than the timeline above.

Once embossing has begun, a personalised order cannot be changed or cancelled — your name is already on it. Please check the spelling before you place the order.

We do not accept returns

Every Notebook is made in a limited run and checked by hand before it is packed. We do not take returns or offer exchanges for change of mind.

Choose your finish carefully. That is part of the point.

If it arrives damaged, we replace it

If your order reaches you damaged, we will replace it. No argument, no charge.

To claim a replacement we need an unbroken video of the unboxing, starting before the parcel is opened and showing the sealed package, the label, and the damage.

Send the video to support@thenotebookcompany.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number.
